I graduated from The Alexander Technique School of New England in 2003, with Missy Vineyard as the director. I am certified by The Feldenkrais Guild of North America as a Feldenkrais practitioner. I graduated from the Feldenkrais Training Academy in 2022 with Jeff Haller as director. I received a BFA in dance from Cornish College of the Arts in 1988.
I teach private lessons and group classes in both the Alexander Technique and the Feldenkrais method.
