An Alexander Technique mini-course designed to help you feel better as you move through your day. In this 4-workshop series, we will explore the fundamentals of sitting, standing, bending, walking, and lying down, as well as creating moments of calm during a hectic day. Classes are Mondays in May from 10-11am (May 5, 12, 19, 26)
